摘  要:对钛合金中Cr、Fe、Si元素含量用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)进行测定,通过用硫酸、硝酸对样品进行溶解,优化仪器条件、选定最佳测定波长。仪器分析条件为:功率1.00 kW,雾化器压力220 kPa,观测高度11 mm,测定波长为:Cr 206.158,Fe 234.350,Si 185.005。通过准确度和精密度验证了该方法的可行性,准确度与湿法分析相近,连续测定15次,精密度小于5.17%。最终得出满意的结果。The contents of Cr,Fe and Si in titanium alloy were determined by ICP-OES.By dissolving the sample with sulfuric acid and the best determination wavelength was selected.The instrument conditions were as follows:power was 1.00 kW,nebulizer pressure was 220 kPa,observed altitude was 11 mm,analytic spectral line was Cr 206.158,Fe 234.350,Si 185.005.The method was verified through accuracy and precision tests,the accuracy was close to wet analysis,and the precision is less than 5.17%.Finally,satisfactory results were obtained.
