摘 要:相比于压差法测试淀粉基生物降解聚酯水分含量,红外法具有快速,简便,易操作的特点。本文通过正交实验的方式评估了烘干温度,烘干时间,样品质量对红外法测试淀粉基生物降解聚酯水分含量的影响,并根据实验结果确认了,相对于样品质量,烘干温度和烘干时间对样品水分含量测试结果的影响更大。结合压差法水分测试结果,给出了适合淀粉基生物降解聚酯水分含量测试的红外法测试条件。Compared with the differential pressure method,the infrared method is fast,simple and easy to operate.The effects of drying temperature,drying time and sample quality on the moisture content of starch based biodegradable polyester by infrared method were evaluated through orthogonal experiments.According to the experimental results,it was confirmed that the drying temperature and drying time had greater influence on the moisture content of samples than the sample quality.Based on the results of water content result by pressure difference method,the infrared method test conditions suitable for the moisture content test of starch based biodegradable polyester were given.
