摘  要:鸟粪石沉淀法是一种资源化回收利用酸化油废水中氮磷的废水处理方法,运行参数对氨氮和总磷的处理效果至关重要。本研究首先通过单因素实验,研究了pH、N-P和Mg-P摩尔比对酸化油废水中氮磷回收效果的影响规律。在此基础上,设计响应面实验优化氮磷回收运行条件。结果表明,最佳运行条件为pH为8.98,N-P比为1,Mg-P比为1.16,氨氮和总磷的理论预测去除率分别为93.5%和90.7%,各因素影响氨氮和磷回收的主次顺序为N-P摩尔比>pH>Mg-P摩尔比。The struvite precipitation method is kind of wastewater treatment technology for nitrogen and phosphorous recovery from acidified oil wastewater.The operating conditions are very important for efficiently recycling of ammonia nitrogen and phosphorous.The effect of pH,N-P and Mg-N molar ratio on the recovery of ammonia nitrogen and phosphorous were investigated by the single factor experiment.Furthermore,a response surface test was designed to optimize the operating conditions.The results revealed that optimal operating conditions were pH of 8.98,N-P and Mg-P molar ratio of 1 and 1.16,respectively.Under the above conditions,the theoretically predicted removal rates of ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus were 93.5% and 90.7%,respectively.The factors affecting the recovery of ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus were ranked as N-P molar ratio>pH>Mg-P molar ratio.
