摘  要:内压薄壁容器应力测试试验是化学工程与工艺等专业的专业综合试验,主要用于学生采用电阻应变法进行应力测定知识和技能训练。在两台薄壁容器椭圆封头的不同位置安装应力应变片,充入不同水压后,通过静态应变测试分析系统观察不同部位各项应力是如何变化的,测试出椭圆封头应力数据,绘出应力分布曲线图,对实验和理论研究相比较,分析误差原因,这项实验对于培养学生综合运用现代化方法解决复杂工程问题的能力具有重要意义。The stress test of internal pressure thin-walled vessel is a professional comprehensive test for Chemical Engineering and Technology majors,which is mainly used to train students’knowledge and skills of stress measurement by resistance strain method.On two different positions of the thin-walled vessels elliptical head stress strain gauge installation,after filling the different water pressure,through the analysis of the static strain testing system,looking at how different parts of the stress change tested elliptical head stress data,draw stress distribution graph,compared to the experimental and theoretical study,the reasons of error were analized.This experiment was of great significance to cultivate students’ability to solve complex engineering problems by using modern methods comprehensively.
