数字贸易与福建外贸动能的拓展研究

摘　　要：在全球数字贸易新格局下,福建省跨境电商发展异军突起,成为驱动福建传统外贸转型的重要力量。但数字贸易拓展福建省外贸动能仍存在数字贸易形式单一,支撑数字贸易的核心技术有待提升,数字贸易大平台比较缺失,数字贸易骨干人才短缺等问题。因此,需要从增强数字技术与产业融合的能力,积极开拓数字技术型、数字知识型服务业;完善数字贸易新兴基础设施,加强人工智能生态建设;建设数字贸易产业集聚区,培育壮大数字贸易龙头企业,打造具有国际竞争力的数字贸易平台;完善数字贸易人才培养体系,优化区域人才环境。Under a new pattern of digital trade in the world,the development of cross-border e-commerce in Fujian Province has become an important force to drive the transformation of traditional foreign trade in Fujian.However,the expansion of kinetic energy of digital trade to Fujian Province s foreign trade still has problems,such as the form of digital trade,the core technology supporting digital trade needs to be improved,the large digital trade platform is lacking,and there is a shortage of backbone talents in digital trade.It is necessary to actively open up digital technology and digital knowledge services from the ability to enhance digital technology and industrial integration;improve the emerging infrastructure of digital trade and strengthen ecological construction of artificial intelligence;build a digital trade industry gathering area,cultivate and strengthen digital trade leading enterprises,and create a digital trade platform with international competitiveness;improve the digital trading talent training system and optimize the regional talent environment.
