摘 要:LC-MS/MS联用是近年来兴起的用于分离、定性、定量的分析技术,在医学、生命、化学、材料、地球科学等基础科学研究领域均具有广泛应用。在农业领域,掌握LC-MS/MS分析技术的农林分析人才对保障农产品安全、推动生态环境可持续发展具有重要的作用。本论文从农林分析人才市场需求、LC-MS/MS及其在农林分析中的应用以及基于LC-MS/MS的农林分析人才培养模式探索三方面展开阐述,以期通过LC-MS/MS分析技术学习,培养服务于社会、农业、科学发展需求的高端分析人才。LC-MS/MS is a powerful separation,qualitative,and quantitative analysis technology developed in recent years.It has a wide range of applications in basic scientific research fields such as medicine,life,chemistry,materials and earth sciences.In the field of agriculture,agricultural and forestry analysts who master LC-MS/MS analysis technology play an important role in ensuring the safety of agricultural products and promoting the sustainable development of the ecological environment.Three aspects were expounded:the market demand for agricultural and forestry analysis talents,LC-MS/MS and its application in agricultural and forestry analysis,and the exploration of the training mode for agricultural and forestry analysis talents based on LC-MS/MS.It was hoped that through the learning of LC-MS/MS analysis technology,high-end analytical talents who can serve society,agriculture and scientific development will be cultivated.
