摘  要:变压器绕组状态与绕组电抗参数之间存在相关性。这些相关参数有哪些,各个参数电抗值的影响因子是否一致,分析这些基本参数对于进一步研究变压器绕组变形的分析与诊断,具有重要的实际意义。论文系统分析了绕组的电抗与几何参数的物理关系,并讨论这些参数改变在阻抗法检测中的变化规律。利用Multisim仿真软件平台建立分析模型,对其中的关键参数定量进行仿真,利用Origin分析软件对最终结果进行对比分析验证,从理论上进行了综合分析,并最终将这种参数变化代表实际物理设备进行了关联,分析了物理设备中这些变化,对绕组变形、变压器电抗变化进行综合分析,得出了变压器实际各部分发生变形对电抗的影响,从而为电力部门设备的维修检测提供理论依据。这些仿真结论通过随后的实际变压器实验进行了验证,并得到与仿真基本一致的结论。这对后面工作的方向指明了一条科研道路,只要模型足够精准,仿真的结论可以与实际情况非常接近,从而大大节约了实验时间好成本,为生产及人力培养走出另外一条可行之路,这为绕组变形电抗的在线检测方法,为后期的在线装置开发,指明了技术路线,具有重大的理论及实际意义。There is a correlation between the winding state and the reactance parameters of the winding.It is very important to analyze these basic parameters for further research on the analysis and diagnosis of transformer winding deformation.This paper systematically analyzes the physical relationship between the reactance and geometric parameters of the winding,and discusses the changing rules of these parameters in the impedance method.Using Multisim Simulation software platform to establish the analysis model,the key parameters of which are quantitatively simulated,and using origin analysis software to carry out comparative analysis and verification of the final results.The comprehensive analysis is carried out in theory,and finally the parameter changes are related to the actual physical equipment,and the changes of winding deformation and transformer reactance caused by these changes in the physical equipment are analyzed Through comprehensive analysis,the influence of transformer deformation on reactance is obtained,which provides theoretical basis for equipment maintenance and detection in power sector.These simulation results are verified by the actual transformer experiment,and the results are basically consistent with the simulation results.As long as the model is accurate enough,the simulation conclusion can be very close to the actual situation,which greatly saves the experiment time and cost,and provides another feasible way for the production and human training.This is the online detection method of winding deformation reactance,the later development of online device,and points out the technical route Great theoretical and practical significance.
