摘  要:通过对变频柜通风机在使用过程中易烧毁情况进行分析,指出通风机工作状态与环境温度不相关的错误接法。根据现场分析,研究设计出一款“零”功耗变频柜通风机温度控制开关。该装置与高次谐波滤波器设计相结合,能巧妙地解决目前通风机运行过程中存在的弊端。Through the analysis of a VFD cabinet ventilator in an situation prone to burnout,it is concluded that it is the wrong connection that results in no relationship between ventilator's working state and ambient temperature.According to the field analysis,a ventilator's temperature control switch with the“zero”power consumption is designed.Combined with the design of high harmonic filter,the device can address the defects in the current operation of the ventilator in a clever way.
