摘 要:在疫情期间,食品行业在后勤食品物资方面发挥了重要作用,特别是方便食品和特殊食品。根据大数据服务统计,2020年1月到2月,在网络平台上,方便食品行业总体形成了疫情期间逆势上行的局面,因此关于食品安全及包装环保的问题,尤其是与疫情相关的食品安全问题,必定是受舆论关注的问题之一。结合装备智能化与信息化技术,后疫情时代方便食品的包装该怎样设计,又如何在可持续发展的大环境下实现食品包装的“可持续”,对于该问题的研究具有一定的现实意义。During the pandemic,the food industry played an important role in logistical food supplies,especially convenience and specialty foods.According to the statistics of big data services,from January to February in 2020,the convenience food industry on the online platform generally formed a situation of upward trend against the trend during the pandemic.Therefore,the issue of food safety and environmental protection of packaging,especially the food safety issue related to pandemic,will definitely be one of the issues that will attract public attention in the future.For example,under the background of the era of equipment intelligence and informationization,how should the packaging of convenience food in the post-pandemic era be designed?In the environment of sustainable development,how to realize the“sustainability”of food packaging?Therefore,the research on this issue has certain practical significance.
