摘 要:高速列车经过站内牵引回流切断点时,牵引回流电流会短暂断开,此时在轮轨处会形成拉弧,电弧高温会使胶粘绝缘节碳化,导致其无法满足轨道电路绝缘的要求。为此基于Hertz接触理论及电接触理论,分析轮轨接触斑点上电压分布情况,并求解得到相应电压等级的电弧温度分布,分析绝缘节的碳化规律。结果表明,当轮轨电压达到20V时,电弧中心温度为97 K,说明20 V时不产生电弧,绝缘节此时并未发生碳化;当轮轨电压达到80.77 V时,绝缘节温度为1.369×10^(3)K,绝缘节碳化率达到100%。When the high-speed train passes through the traction return current break point in the station,the traction return current will be cut off for a short time,and then the drawn arc will be formed at the wheel and rail,and the high temperature of the arc will cause the carbonization of the adhesive insulation joint,resulting in its inability to meet the insulation requirements of the track circuit.Based on Hertz contact theory and electric contact theory,the voltage distribution on the wheel-rail contact spots was analyzed.The arc temperature distribution of corresponding voltage grade was obtained followed by the analysis of the carbonization law of the insulation joint.The results show that when the wheel-rail voltage reaches 20 V,the temperature of the arc center is only 97 K,indicating that no arc is generated at 20 V,and no carbonization of the insulation joint occurs at this time.When the wheel-rail voltage reaches 80.77 V,the insulation joint is subjected to the temperature of 1.369×10^(3)K,and the carbonization ratio of the insulation joint reaches 100%.
