摘　　要：通过对比QB/T 4546《儿童皮凉鞋》新旧标准差异以及解读标准修订背景,从标准的主要结构、范围、规范性引用文件、术语和定义、产品分类、要求、检测方法等方面进行分析,并提出新标准在使用过程中的对策与建议,为生产企业、检测机构进一步理解和掌握标准提供指导,促进解决新旧标准过渡期间的产品质量、监督管理等问题。By comparing the differences between the new and old standards of QB/T 4546 Children's Leather Sandals and interpreting the revision background of the standard,the paper analyzes the main structure,scope,normative references,terms and definitions,product classification,requirements,testing methods and other aspects of the standard,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the use of the new standard,so as to provide guidance for manufacturers and testing institutions to further understand and master the standard,and promote the solution for product quality,supervision and management problems during the transition period between new and old standards.
