基于“小便不利”理论探讨老年性良性前列腺增生症下尿路症状的治疗

摘　　要：“小便不利”是《伤寒论》《金匮要略》条文中重要的症状和独立病证。本文结合医家对“小便不利”理论的应用和解读,再结合自身临证体会探讨“小便不利”诊疗理论与“老年性良性前列腺增生症下尿路症状”病因病机之间的联系,及这一理论在“老年性良性前列腺增生症下尿路症状”治疗中的具体应用。基于“小便不利”诊疗理论,“老年性良性前列腺增生症下尿路症状”的主要病因病机为肾虚为本、脾虚为变,外邪入里、虚实夹杂,在治疗上益肾健脾以治本,辅以温阳化气、利水渗湿或养阴清热利水以治其标。"Adverse urination"is an important symptom and independent disease syndrome in the articles of Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Synopsis of Golden Chamber.Based on the application and interpretation of the theory of"adverse urination"by medical experts,and combined with own clinical experience,to explore the relationship between the diagnosis and treatment theory of"adverse urination"and the etiology and pathogenesis of"lower urinary symptoms of aging benign prostatic hyperplasia"and the application of this theory.Based on the diagnosis and treatment theory of"adverse urination",the main etiology and pathogenesis of the lower urinary tract symptoms of aging benign prostatic hyperplasia were deficiency of the kidney and insufficiency of the spleen.In the treatment,kidney and spleen to cure the root,supplemented by warming Yang Qi,clearing damp and promoting diuresis,or nourishing Yin and clearing heat to treat the symptoms.
