从出土经脉类文献看手三阳脉的循行与证候演变

摘　　要：成都老官山汉墓天回医简手三阳脉首次出现同《灵枢·经脉》于经脉前冠以“手”字的特征,为研究早期经脉形成演变过程提供了新的借鉴和思考。本文以手三阳脉为研究对象,通过对比马王堆帛书、张家山汉简、老官山经脉简书及《灵枢·经脉》等经脉文献,对其循行和证候演变进行探讨,发现手三阳脉循行逐渐明确了以远端手指作为起点并随后经过臂、肘、肩而最终达到头面部,其病候也相应随之不断增加,并以上肢体表证候为主。其中老官山手三阳脉与早期经脉文献联系密切,又与《脉书》重合最多,而《灵枢·经脉》中又不乏可见到从老官山内容改编而来的痕迹,反映了早期经脉学说的不同面貌,有待以后更多出土经脉文献的进一步考证。In Tianhui medical manuscripts excavated from Han Tombs in Laoguanshan of Chengdu,the three Yang meridians of hand appeared for the first time with the character“hand”in front of the meridians,which is the same as Miraculous Pivot,which provides a new reference and thinking for the study of the formation and evolution of the early meridians.This paper takes the three Yang meridians of hand as the research object,and makes a comparison with the unearthed and handed down meridians literatures such as Mawangdui silk manuscript,Zhangjiashan and Laoguangshan bamboo silps and even Miraculous Pivot to discuss the courses and syndromes characteristics.And three Yang meridians of hand circulation gradually clear the distal finger as a starting point and then passes through thearm,elbow,shoulder and eventually reached the head and face.Its symptoms also increase accordingly,and the upper extremity symptoms are main.Among them,the three Yang meridians of Laoguanshan is closely related to the early meridian literatures,and it coincides most with MaiShu of Zhangjiashan,while Miraculous Pivot also can see the traces of content adapted from Laoguanshan.It reflects the different features of the early meridian theories and still needs further research of more unearthed meridian literatures.
