新安王氏内科滋水涵木化痰通络法治疗高血压病经验

摘　　要：介绍新安王氏内科运用滋水涵木化痰通络法治疗高血压病的临床经验。王氏内科认为肝肾阴虚、水不涵木、虚阳浮越是高血压病的根本病机,痰瘀痹阻不通是疾病发生及进展的重要因素,临床常见本虚标实之证。结合经典论述与现代研究,治疗时应以肝肾为本,滋水涵木、平肝潜阳,佐以养血活血、息风通络、健脾化痰、逐痹通脉之法,临床以一贯煎、半夏白术天麻汤、镇肝息风汤、黄连温胆汤、天麻钩藤饮、瓜蒌薤白半夏汤等为基础进行合理配伍加减,多用生地黄-生白芍、生龙骨-生牡蛎、黄连-竹茹、僵蚕-全蝎、天麻-钩藤、降香-丹参等药对标本同治,疗效突出,颇具特色。To introduce the clinical experience of Xin'an WANG's Internal Medicine in treating hypertension by nourishing water,removing phlegm and dredging collaterals.According to Xin'an WANG's Internal Medicine,liver and kidney Yin deficiency,water failing to contain wood,and deficiency of Yang floating are the basic pathogenesis of hypertension,and obstruction of phlegm and blood stasis is an important factor in the occurrence and progress of the disease.Clinically,it is common to have the syndrome of deficiency and excess complex.Combined with the classical discussion and modern research,the treatment should be based on the liver and kidney,nourishing water and suppressing wood,calming the liver and suppressing Yang,supplemented by the methods of nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation,calming wind and dredging collaterals,strengthening spleen and resolving phlegm,and expelling arthralgia and dredging collaterals.Based on Yiguan decoction,Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction,Zhengan Xifeng decoction,Huanglian Wendan decoction,Tianma Gouteng decoction,Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction,reasonable compatibility and addition are carried out,and raw rehmannia-raw white peony root,raw keel-raw oyster,Huanglian-light bamboo shavings,roasted stiff silkworm-scorpion,gastrodia elata-Uncaria,Dalbergia odorifera-Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge are commonly used.
