就业能力、就业质量 与城中村村民市民化的实证分析——来自广州的数据

摘　　要：城市空间的快速扩张,城中村大量形成,其村民成为了“制度上的市民”,但在生活方式和身份认同方面并未改变,从而导致在城市治理中存在一些矛盾。本文基于广州的调研数据,以就业质量作为中介变量,研究了就业能力对城中村村民实质性市民化的影响。结果表明:就业能力中的人力资本、社会资本、职业认同、适应能力、学习能力对市民化均具有显著正向影响;就业质量在就业能力与市民化之间存在显著的中介作用;个体特征变量中,年龄与就业能力之间存在倒“U”型,性别对城中村村民的就业能力没有显著影响,男性的市民化程度低于女性;守护型经济占比增大能够提升就业能力水平,但是对市民化有显著的负向影响。With the rapid expansion of urban space,a large number of urban villages have been formed,and their villagers have become"institutional citizens",but their lifestyle and identity have not changed,resulting in some contradictions in urban governance.Based on the survey data of Guangzhou,this paper studies the impact of employability on the citizenization of villagers in urban villages with employment quality as an intermediary variable.The results show that human capital,social capital,professional identity,adaptability and learning ability in employability have a significant positive impact on citizenization;Employment quality plays a significant intermediary role between employability and citizenization;Among the individual characteristic variables,there is an inverted"U"shape between age and employability.Gender has no significant impact on the employability of villagers in urban villages,and gender has a significant negative impact on citizenization.The degree of citizenization of men is lower than that of women;Increasing the proportion of guardian economy can improve the level of employability,but it has a significant negative impact on citizenization.
