喀什河新疆裸重唇鱼标记方法的研究

摘　　要：2019年12月—2020年9月,对1+~2+龄体质量(3.06±1.18)g、2+~3+龄体质量(51.15±8.43)g和3+~4+龄体质量(124.21±22.87)g新疆裸重唇鱼(Gymnodiptychus dybowskii)眼后缘的透明表皮下,采用可见植入荧光标记(VIE)5 mm、在背鳍前皮下肌肉用金属线码标法(CWT)标记、用浓度100 mg/L茜素红S侵泡荧光标记法(ARS)和背鳍正下方的皮下肌肉中的被动集成应答器标记(PIT),以探究不同标记方法对新疆裸重唇鱼的适用性。标记后各组鱼单独饲养,ARS法的鱼养殖90 d,VIE、CWT和PIT标记法的鱼养殖270 d。首月后,2个月采样一次,测定各组的生长、存活率、标记保持率等。结果表明:ARS标记各组90 d的标记保持率在95%以上,但检测需解剖标记鱼;CWT组小型鱼270 d存活率为76%,存活个体主要为较大个体,对中、大型组存活率影响小;VIE组对小型鱼存活率的影响显著(P<0.05),对中、大型鱼影响小,270 d存活率在97%及以上;PIT组对小型鱼存活率影响显著(P<0.05),对中型鱼生长有一定影响。存活率、标记保持率及生长对比表明,今后大规模标记放流体质量5 g以下的新疆裸重唇鱼应选择ARS浸泡;5 g以上放流可选择CWT;40 g以上短期(150 d)标记可选择VIE;100 g以上小规模放流可选择PIT。1+~2+age Gymnodiptychus dybowskii with body weight of(3.06±1.18)g,2+~3+age one with body weight of(51.15±8.43)g,and 3+~4+age one with body weight of(124.21±22.87)g was marked by a visible implanted elastomer tag(VIE)in 5 mm,at subcutaneous muscle in front of the dorsal fin by coded metal wire tag(CWT),immersed in concentration of 100 mg/L alizarin red S fluorescent labeling method(ARS),and in the subcutaneous muscles directly under the dors-al fin by passive integrated tag(PIT)to explore the applicability of different labeling methods to tag G.dybowskii from December 2019 to September 2020.After labeling,each group of the fish was reared separately,the fish in ARS method was reared for 90 days,and the fish in VIE,CWT and PIT methods were reared for 270 days.After the first month,samples were taken every 2 months to determine the growth,survival rate,and marker retention rate in each group.G.dybowskii in each group was fed separately,the animals in ARS for a 90-day short-term trial and in VIE,C-WT and PIT groups for a 270-day long-term trial.The growth,survival rate and tag retention rate in each group were statistically measured once every 2 months after the first month.The 90-day tag retention rate was found to be 95%or more for different size fishes in ARS group,with dissection of the tag fish for detection of tag retention rate.The survival rate of CWT for 270 days was 76%in small fish group,the high survival mainly in larger individuals,without significant effect on the survival rate in medium and large groups.VIE had significant effect on the survival rate in small fish group(P<0.05),with little effect on medium and large groups,and survival rate of 97%or more in 270 days.Significant effect on the survival rate of small fish was observed in PIT group(P<0.05),with certain effect on the growth in medium group.Comparison of survival rate,tag re-tention rate and growth revealed that G.dybowskii marked releasing was suggested that the fish with body weight of below 5 g be marked by ARS,the fish with body weigh
