摘 要:Hg^(2+)由于易生物积累和高毒性的特点,会给人体健康和环境带来严重的危害,因此开发Hg^(2+)简便、快速、选择性好、灵敏度高的检测方法非常重要。通过一步水热法合成2-氨基-N-(苯并噻唑基)苯甲酰胺,可在含水体系(V(DMSO)∶V(H _(2)O)=1∶1)中快速检测Hg^(2+),Hg^(2+)加入后,荧光显著猝灭。且检测时不受Ca^(2+)、Hg^(2+)、Mn^(2+)、Cd^(2+)、Co^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、Al^(3+)、Ag+、Zn^(2+)、Ni^(2+)、Fe^(3+)、Cu^(2+)和Pb^(2+)的干扰,具有良好的专一选择性。同时,研究了该荧光探针检测Hg^(2+)的试纸实验,发现在荧光探针溶液浓度为2×10^(-4) mol/L时,可以明显的检测出Hg^(2+)。表明该探针对食品和环境中Hg^(2+)的检测中具有潜在的应用前景。Mercury(Hg^(2+))in aquatic ecosystems is always an important issue because it is one of the most prevalent and dangerous pollutants,with the character of easy bioaccumulation and high toxicity.So it is very important to develop a simple,rapid,selective and sensitive detection method for Hg^(2+).We reported a novel fluorescent probe synthesized by one-step hydrothermal method for visual detection of Hg^(2+) based on a chromogenic reaction under ultraviolet light.It can quickly detect Hg^(2+) in aqueous system(V(DMSO)∶V(H_(2)O)=1∶1)with the significant quenching of fluorescence intensity.In addition,the 2-amino-N-(benzothiazolyl)benzamide can be used to effectively and selectively detect Hg^(2+),the determination of Hg^(2+) was not affected by common interference ions such as Ca^(2+),Hg^(2+),Mn^(2+),Cd^(2+),Co^(2+),Mg^(2+),Al^(3+),Ag^(+),Zn^(2+),Ni^(2+),Fe^(3+),Cu^(2+) and Pb^(2+).At the same time,the test paper experiment of detecting Hg^(2+)with this fluorescent probe was studied,and it was found that when the concentration of fluorescent probe solution was 2×10^(-4) mol/L,Hg^(2+) could be detected obviously.It showed that the probe has a potential application prospect in the detection of Hg^(2+) in food and environment.
