摘 要:介绍了一款钢结构用水性单组分环氧防腐底漆的制备。讨论了施工干燥条件的选择,颜填料体积浓度(PVC)对该底漆耐盐雾和耐水性能的影响,不同防锈颜料对漆膜防腐性能的影响,以及流变助剂对涂料贮存稳定性的影响。结果表明,以80℃×30 min作为工业流水线生产施工的干燥条件,当PVC在20.7%时,涂料各项性能(特别是耐盐雾性和耐水性)达到最佳。以质量比为2∶1∶1的磷酸锌/钼酸盐复合物(Nubirox N106)、钙磷钼酸盐复合物(SW 111)及磷酸锌铝水合物(ZPA)复配,在防锈颜料总量占涂料总量10.16%的情况下,漆膜的耐盐雾效果最佳。The preparation of a waterborne anticorrosive single-component epoxy primer for steel structures was introduced.The selection of drying conditions for application, the effect of pigment volume concentration(PVC) on the resistance of the waterborne epoxy primer to salt spray and water, the effect of different antirust pigments on the anticorrosion performance of coating, and the effect of different rheological additives on the storage stability of paint were analyzed. The results showed that drying at 80 ℃ for 30 min is suitable for industrial production line. The properties especially slat spray resistance and water resistance of the paint prepared with a PVC(pigment volume concentration) of 20.7% were optimal. The coating prepared with a mixture of zinc phosphate/molybdate compound(Nubirox N106), calcium phosphomolybdate compound(SW-111) and zinc aluminum phosphate hydrate(ZPA) at a mass ratio of 2:1:1 as anti-rust pigment which accounted for 10.16% of the total mass of the paint showed the best salt spray resistance.
