摘 要:以丙烯酸(AA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为单体,八甲基环四硅氧烷(D)和γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)为偶联剂,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,十二烷基磺酸钠(SLS)和OP-10为乳化剂,采用核壳乳液聚合法制备了一种有机硅改性环氧丙烯酸树脂。研究了丙烯酸、E-44环氧树脂、有机硅、乳化剂和引发剂的含量,以及有机硅和乳化剂的配比对乳液性能的影响。采用红外光谱对乳液进行表征,测试了乳胶膜的附着力以及耐冲击、耐酸碱等性能。结果表明,当丙烯酸添加量为单体质量的2%,E-44环氧树脂添加量为6%,有机硅添加量为7%,D/KH-570质量比为2∶1,乳化剂用量为4%,OP-10/SLS质量比为2∶1,引发剂添加量为0.6%时,得到的乳液固含量为45.28%,凝胶率为1.74%,转化率为98.33%,其膜层的吸水率为4.08%,附着力为0级,耐冲击性(1 kg)达到50 cm。A silicone-modified epoxy acrylic resin was prepared by core–shell emulsion polymerization with acrylic acid(AA), methyl methacrylate(MMA), and butyl acrylate(BA) as monomers, octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane(D) and 3-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane(KH-570) as coupling agents, ammonium persulfate(APS) as initiator, as well as sodium dodecyl benzenesulfonate(SLS) and OP-10 as emulsifiers. The effects of the dosage of AA, E-44 epoxy, silicone compounds, emulsifiers, and initiator, as well as the proportions of silicone compounds and emulsifiers on the properties of the emulsion were studied. The emulsion was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and the adhesion, impact resistance,and acid/alkali resistance of its film were tested. The results showed that the emulsion prepared with AA 2%(with respect to the mass of monomers), E-44 epoxy 6%, silicone compounds(Dand KH-570 at a mass ratio of 2:1) 7%, emulsifiers(OP-10and SLS at a mass ratio of 2:1) 4%, and initiator 0.6% had a solid content of 45.28%, a gelation rate of 1.74%, and a conversion rate of 98.33%. Its film featured the following properties: water absorption rate 4.08%, adhesion 0-grade, and drop height at least 50 cm at the end point of 1-kg impact test.
