摘  要:针对汽车底盘三角臂零件电泳后耐蚀性不合格的问题。通过对比三角臂焊接后正、反面的表面状态,磷化前后的表面形貌和元素组成,以及焊接模拟试验进行原因分析。结果发现,钢板涂油量过高是主要原因,改用涂油量为0.3~0.5 g/m^(2)的钢板后问题得以解决。In order to find out the cause of unqualified corrosion resistance of triangle arm parts on automotive chassis, the surface states of the front and back sides of triangular arm after welding, as well as the surface morphologies and elemental composition before and after phosphating were compared, and a simulated welding test was also conducted. It was found that the too high amount of oil coated on the surface of steel plate was the main cause. The problem was solved by reducing the oil amount to 0.3-0.5 g/m^(2).
