摘 要:为探索生物有机肥对蔬菜农田(生菜)土壤质量的影响效果,采用大田栽培试验,研究不同施肥方式对生菜土壤根际脲酶、酸性磷酸酶以及过氧化氢酶活性的影响。结果表明:化肥配施菌渣发酵肥不同配比处理(T5-75%化肥+25%菌渣发酵有机肥)、(T6-50%化肥+50%菌渣发酵有机肥)、(T7-25%化肥+75%菌渣发酵有机肥)在出苗期比单施化肥处理(T1)的生菜根际的脲酶活性分别提高了56.1%、57.1%、47.9%。不同配比配施处理T5、T6、和T7处理较CK组出苗期土壤酸性磷酸酶活性增加不显著,而过氧化氢酶活性则增加的较为明显。结果表明减少化肥施用、增施菌渣发酵肥可以明显提高秦岭南麓地区黄褐土类型的土壤质量。研究结果可为秦岭地区绿色农业可持续发展提供依据。In order to explore the effect of bio-organic fertilizer on soil quality of lettuce field, a field cultivation experiment was carried out to study the effects of different fertilization methods on the activities of urease, acid phosphatase and catalase in lettuce rhizosphere. The results showed that the urease activities in the rhizosphere of lettuce combinedly treated with chemical fertilizer and Fungi residue fermentation fertilizer.which included(T5-75% chemical fertilizer + 25% Fungi residue fermentation organic fertilizer),(T6-50% chemical fertilizer + 50% Fungi residue fermentation organic fertilizer) and(T7-25% chemical fertilizer + 75% Fungi residue fermentation organic fertilizer), were 56.1%, 57.1% and 47.9% higher than those treated with only chemical fertilizer(T1),respectively. Compared with CK group, the soil acid phosphatase activity under T5, T6 and T7 treatments increased significantly, while the catalase activity increased significantly. The results showed that reducing application of chemical fertilizer and increasing application of Fungi residue fermentation fertilizer could significantly improve the soil quality of yellow cinnamon soil types in the south foot of Qinling Mountains. The results provide a basis for sustainable development in green agriculture.
