摘  要:为探究外源物质油菜素内酯和赤霉素对高山杜鹃种子萌发的影响,以秦岭高山杜鹃种子为试验材料,运用水培法,设置不同浓度的油菜素内酯对高山杜鹃种子进行浸种处理,通过测定种子萌发指标和相关生理指标,与不同浓度赤霉素进行的处理作比较,来探讨两种不同的激素对高山杜鹃种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果显示,与清水对照组(CK)相比,0.05mg/L浓度的油菜素内酯种子萌发率和根系活力、叶绿素含量及可溶性蛋白含量达到最高,增幅分别为28.42%、23.80%、41.14%、52.46%,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05);在200-500 mg/L的赤霉素处理中,萌发率和根系活力也出现先增后降的现象,在300 mg/L处理的种子萌发率和根系活力、叶绿素含量及可溶性蛋白含量达到最大,增幅分别为44.21%、28.78%、23.24%、39.09%。通过对比油菜素内酯和赤霉素对种子萌发影响,发现相较于油菜素内酯,赤霉素对有效提高高山杜鹃种子萌发作用更为显著,在200-400 mg/L范围内促进种子萌发,油菜素内脂在0.05~0.1 mg/L范围内起促进作用,两种激素超过适当浓度范围会抑制种子萌发。To explore the effects of foreign substances Brassinolide and Gibberellin on seed germination of Rhododendron Lapponicum, azalea seeds from the Qinling Mountains were used as experimental material, the different concentrations of brassinolide were set by water culture method to treat alpine rhododendron seeds with soaking, the effects of two different hormones on seed germination and seedling growth of Rhododendron alba were investigated by means of determination of seed germination index and related physiological indexes, compare with different concentration of gibberellin treatment. The results showed that compared with the control group(CK), the seed germination rate, root activity, chlorophyll content and soluble protein content at 0.05 mg/L concentration reached the highest values, increasing by 28.42%, 23.80%, 41.14% and 52.46%, respectively, and the differences were significant(P<0.05). In 200-500 mg/L gibberella treatment, the germination rate and root activity also increased first and then decreased. Under 300 mg/L gibberella treatment, the seed germination rate, root activity, chlorophyll content and soluble protein content reached the maximum, increasing by 44.21%, 28.78%, 23.24% and 39.09%, respectively. By comparing the effects of brassinolide and gibberellic acid on seed germination, it was found that gibberolic acid had more significant effect on improvement of seed germination of Rhododendron algaea than brassinolide, and could promote the seed germination in the range of 200-400 mg/L, the brassinolide played a promotion role in the range of 0.05~0.1 mg/L, the seed germination was inhibited when both hormones exceed the appropriate concentrations.
