摘  要:滑动轴承-转子系统在各种因素的影响下会发生油膜失稳(油膜涡动和油膜振荡)现象,严重危害系统的安全运行。为限制由油膜失稳引起的系统异常振动,将具有两自由度的非线性能量阱(NES)置于滑动轴承上,基于流体力学中雷诺方程并结合短轴承模型原理,列出系统运动微分方程并利用四阶龙格-库塔法求解,得到不同参数下系统的响应特征图谱,分析在不同的结构参数下NES对系统振动的影响。结果表明:当转子的角速度为1 650~1 770 rad/s时,附加立方刚度的NES能显著减小滑动轴承-转子系统的横向振动位移;当NES的质量m为0.35~0.98 kg时,随着m的增大转子的振动位移显著减小;当NES的立方刚度K达到6.67×10N/m后,转子的振动位移减小至零,NES对转子的减振效果达到最优;而超过该参数变化范围的NES对系统减振效果几乎不起作用。Under the influence of various factors, the oil film instability(oil film whirl and oil film oscillation)phenomenon will occur in sliding bearing-rub impact rotor system, which seriously endangers the safe operation of the system. In order to limit the abnormal vibration of the system caused by oil film instability, a nonlinear energy sink(NES)with two degrees of freedom is introduced on sliding bearing. Based on the Reynolds equation in fluid mechanics and combined with the principle of short bearing model, the differential equations of system motion are listed and solved by the fourth-order Runge-Kutta method, and the characteristic spectra of system response under different parameters are obtained. The effects of NES on system vibration under different structural parameters are analyzed. The results show that: when the angular velocity of the rotor is 1 650~1 770 rad/s, NES with cubic stiffness can significantly reduce the lateral vibration displacement of sliding bearing-rotor system;when the mass mof NES is 0.35~0.98 kg, the vibration displacement of the rotor decreases significantly with the increase of m;when the cubic stiffness Kof NES reaches 6.67×10N/m, the vibration displacement of the rotor is reduced to zero, and the damping effect of NES on the rotor is optimal;while the NES that exceeds the variation range of parameters has little effect on damping effect of the system.
