摘　　要：针对当前外球面球轴承座加工精度及自动化程度低的问题,设计了一种数控复合加工机床,轴承座仅一次装夹,基于镗杆旋转中心、刀具摆动中心、工件球面中心三心合一的复合运动原理,通过粗镗、镗槽、半精镗、精镗完成球面孔和油槽的镗削,同时完成球面注油孔钻孔、攻丝加工。采用新的加工机床后,轴承座加工精度及生产效率大幅提高。Aimed at low machining accuracy and automation degree of current spherical bearing pedestal, a CNC compound machine tool is designed. The pedestal is only clamped once. Based on three-in-one compound motion principle of boring bar rotation center, cutting tool swing center, workpiece spherical center, the boring of spherical hole and oil groove is completed by rough boring, groove boring, semi-fine boring and fine boring, and the drilling and tapping of spherical oil injection hole are completed at the same time. After adopting new machine tool, the machining accuracy and machining efficiency of the pedestal are improved greatly.
