摘　　要：针对曳引轮轴承的外形尺寸以及外圈旋转的特殊工况,研发了曳引轮轴承专用试验机,介绍了试验机主体、传动系统、加载系统和电控系统,并针对其轴向加载功能进行了特殊工装研发,试验对象涵盖标准轴承和外圈齿槽型非标轴承,可准确模拟曳引轮轴承在实际工况下的温升、振动,并进行失效复现及寿命等试验,试验机关键技术指标的校准误差均小于2%,总体设计方案有效、可行。A special tester is developed according to overall dimensions and special working condition of traction sheave bearings with outer ring rotation. The main body, transmission system, loading system and electronic control system of the tester are introduced, and special tooling is developed to realize the axial loading function. The test objects include standard bearings and outer ring groove type non-standard bearings. The temperature rise and vibration of traction sheave bearings under actual working conditions are simulated accurately, and the failure recurrence and life tests are carried out. The calibration errors of key technical indicators of the tester are all less than 2%, and the overall design scheme is effective and feasible.
