摘  要:针对2种航空轴承常用材料8Cr4Mo4V高温轴承钢及G13Cr4Mo4Ni4V高温渗碳轴承钢,研究离子注入、喷丸强化、离子渗氮以及氮化钛涂层等表面处理技术对2种钢制轴承的硬度和应力水平的影响。结果表明:选取适当表面处理技术可以提高轴承强化位置硬度并改善残余应力状态,进而提升航空轴承耐磨性和接触疲劳性能,满足航空发动机日益恶劣工况下长寿命、高可靠性的需求。For two kinds of common materials for aviation bearings(8 Cr4 Mo4 V high temperature bearing steel and G13 Cr4 Mo4 Ni4 V high temperature carburizing bearing steel), the effects of surface treatment technologies such as ion implantation, shot peening, ion nitriding and titanium nitride coating on hardness and stress levels of bearings made of two kinds of steels are studied. The results show that: the selection of appropriate surface treatment technology can improve the hardness and residual stress state of strengthened position of the bearings, and then improve the wear resistance and contact fatigue performance of the bearings, so as to meet the requirements of long life and high reliability of aviation engine under increasingly harsh working conditions.
