摘  要:影响大尺寸薄壁深沟球轴承摩擦力矩的主要因素是保持架结构,设计了实体冠形和隔离管2种结构保持架,并测量了分别装用这2种保持架的66/220非标薄壁深沟球轴承启动摩擦力矩和运转摩擦力矩,结果表明:实体冠形保持架轴承的启动摩擦力矩和运转摩擦力矩均略小于隔离管保持架轴承,波动值分别为后者的1.26倍和2倍以上。In view of structures of cage as main factor affecting the friction torque of large-size thin-walled deep groove ball bearings, two cage structures are designed, solid crown type and isolation tube, and the starting friction torque and running friction torque are measured respectively for 66/220 non-standard thin-walled deep groove ball bearings with these two cages. The results show that the starting friction torque and running friction torque of the bearings with solid crown cages are slightly smaller than those of the bearings with separator tube, and the fluctuation values are 1.26 times and more than 2 times of the latter, respectively.
