摘  要:针对某阻尼器杆端关节轴承耐久性试验内、外圈轴向间隙超标的问题进行分析,其主要原因为简化载荷谱不能反映轴承实际运行工况,衬垫质量差,轴承零件加工精度低。提出改进措施:根据实际测得的全载荷谱改进载荷谱,将内圈外球面由镀硬铬改为镀陶瓷,提高外圈内孔、杆体内孔、内圈球面加工精度。改进后的轴承各项试验均满足要求,耐久性试验说明轴承寿命明显提高,内、外圈轴向间隙超标问题得到有效解决。Aimed at excessive axial clearance between inner and outer rings during durability test of rod end spherical plain bearings of a damper, the main reasons are analyzed as follows: the simplified load spectrum being not able to reflect the actual operating conditions of the bearings, poor quality of liner and low machining accuracy of bearing parts. The improvement measures are put forward: according to actual measured full load spectrum, the load spectrum is improved, and the outer spherical surface of inner ring is changed from hard chromium plating to ceramic plating, so as to improve the machining accuracy of outer ring inner hole, rod inner hole and inner ring spherical surface. Each test of improved bearings meets the requirements, the durability test shows that the service life of the bearings is significantly improved, and the excessive axial clearance between inner and outer rings is effectively solved.
