摘  要:在矿山井下膏体充填采矿工序中,设置隔离挡墙是采空区充填前必须完成的一项重要工作。宝山矿业井下采场设计使用了轻型钢结构充填挡墙,成功克服了传统充填挡墙材料消耗大、成本高、墙体泌水性差、承压强度弱和适用断面小的缺点,在现场试验使用过程中取得了很好的效果。文章从轻型钢结构充填挡墙制作工艺、材料、工艺要求及现场试验等方面进行研究、探讨。In the mine underground paste filling mining process, the installation of a barrier wall is an important task that must be completed before the goaf is filled.The Baoshan Mining’s underground stope designed and used a light steel structure filling retaining wall, which successfully overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional filling retaining wall such as large material consumption, high cost, poor wall bleeding, weak compressive strength and small applicable section.Good results have been achieved in the field experiment process.In this paper, we study and discuss the production process, materials, process requirements and field experiments of the light steel structure filling retaining wall.
