摘  要:文章通过对比原燃烧室式多膛炉的优缺点,重点介绍多膛炉分布式内热燃烧技术主要原理、特点和效益。并对其用于生产实践后的能耗数据进行统计,实现了超40%的节能效果。同时采用此项技术后,产品质量、维修费用、现场环境、智能化操作等方面,都得到了良好的使用效果。By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the original combustion chamber multi-chamber furnace the article focuses on the major principles, features and benefits of the distributed internal combustion technology of multi-chamber furnace.Inaddition, the energy consumption index in manufacturing practice is calculated, showing that over 40% of energy cost could be saved due to the technology.At the same time, using this technology, product quality, maintenance costs, field environment, intellgent operation and other ospects, have achieved good results.
