摘  要:介绍了一种具有复杂形状特征的两座电动汽车顶盖零件及其冲压成形方法。针对该汽车小批量多品种的特点,提出了顶盖冲压模具多种车型配置共用模具的目标,经过分析对比,选择拉延模独用、后续OP20~OP40整形模共用的技术方案。对该顶盖材料进行测试并建立了材料参数模型,采用数值模拟的方法,分析顶盖成形性问题。针对成形过程中的凹面和起皱问题,通过增加强压及调整吸皱筋高度,抑制凹面和尾部整形起皱缺陷的产生。结果表明:对于该种零件,3 mm高度腰型的吸皱筋的效果最好,经过几次精确的CAE模拟分析及相应调整后,材料成形充分,减薄率和应力、应变均满足要求。A kind of two-seat electric vehicle roof with complex shape features and its stamping method were introduced,and according to the characteristics of small batch and multi-variety for the vehicle,the goal of configuring a common die for various models of roof stamping die was proposed,and after analysis and comparison,the technical scheme of drawing die alone and subsequent OP20-OP40 shaping common was selected.Then,the roof material was tested,and a material parameter model was established.Furthermore,the roof formability was analyzed by numerical simulation method,and aiming at the problem of concave surface and wrinkle in the forming process,by increasing the pressure and adjusting the height of wrinkle-absorbing rib,the defects of concave surface and wrinkle of tail shaping were suppressed.The results show that the waist-type wrinkle-absorbing ribs with the height of 3 mm have the best effect.After several accurate CAE simulation analysis and corresponding adjustment,the material is fully formed,and the thinning rate,stress and strain meet the requirements.
