摘　　要：[目的]对2012-2020年中国西部卫生总费用筹资现状与结构进行分析,为完善西部地区卫生筹资政策提供参考和依据。[方法]选取2012-2020年西部地区卫生总费用核算数据进行纵向和横向对比分析。[结果]西部地区卫生总费用持续增长,其中人均卫生总费用增长了近2.46倍;2019年东部卫生总费用是西部的1.96倍,但个人卫生支出占比仅相差0.59%;西部个人卫生支出总体呈下降趋势,7个省市及自治区个人卫生支出占比已降至28%以下。[结论]西部地区卫生筹资的总体水平相对较低,政府和社会卫生支出占比偏低,个人卫生支出占比仍然较高。应继续加大对西部地区的政府卫生投入,拓宽社会筹资渠道,控制卫生总费用的增长,推进公立医院改革。Objective Through the scientific analysis of the current situation and structure of total health cost financing in the western region from 2012 to 2020 so as to provide reference and basis for improving the health financing policy in the western region.Methods The accounting data of total health expenses in western China from 2012 to 2020 was selected for longitudinal and horizontal comparative analysis.Results The total health expenditure in the western region continued to increase,of which the per capita health expenditure increased by nearly 2.46 times;In 2019,the total health expenditure was 1.96 times that of the western region,but the proportion of personal health expenditure was only 0.59%;The overall personal health expenditure was on declining curve,the proportion of personal health expenditure in 7 provinces and autonomous regions had decreased to less than 28%.Conclusions The overall level of health financing in the western region is relatively low,the proportion of government and social health expenditure is relatively low,and the proportion of personal health expenditure is still high.Therefore,we should continue to increase the government health investment in the western region,broaden the social financing channels,control the growth of the total health costs,and promote the reform of public hospitals.
