摘　　要：介绍数字化转型大背景下,以徐汇区为代表的区域健康数字化建设如何应对和迎接健康领域的数字化转型,包括区域健康数字化建设的功能定位、组织架构以及建设流程等。在阐述理论与实践有机结合的实战经验的同时,也指出了区域层面开展数字化建设的独特优势和重大必要性,以助力数字化建设工作的高效优质推进。This paper introduces how does the regional health digital construction represented by Xuhui District cope with and meet the digital transformation in the health field under the background of digital transformation,including the functional positioning,organizational structure and construction process of regional health digital construction.While expounding the practical experience of the organic combination of theory and practice,it also points out the unique advantages and major necessity of digital construction at the regional level,so as to promote the efficiency and high-quality of digital construction work.
