摘 要:以偏高岭土、硅灰、吸波材料为主要原料,利用硅酸钠和氢氧化钠为激发剂,采用机械力活化的方式制备地聚物基吸波涂料。将制备的地聚物基涂料涂到混凝土表面,研究不同掺量吸波材料对涂覆涂料混凝土试块吸热效率和除冰效率的影响。结果表明,当吸波材料掺量在0~20%范围,地聚物基吸波涂层的吸热效率和除冰效率均与吸波材料的掺量成正比;当吸波材料的掺量为20%时,地聚物基吸波涂料的吸热效率是未掺吸波材料涂层的4.2倍,除冰效率是未掺吸波材料涂层的2.2倍。此外,冰层厚度增加会降低地聚物基吸波涂料的除冰效率。The geopolymer based absorbent coating was prepared by mechanical activation using metakaolin,silica fume,and wave-absorbing material as the main raw materials,sodium silicate,sodium hydroxide as the activators.The prepared geopolymer-based coatings were painted to the surface of concrete specimens.And the effect laws of different dosing of wave-absorbing materials on the heat absorption efficiency and deicing efficiency of coated concrete specimens were investigated.As a result,both the heat absorption efficiency and deicing efficiency of the geopolymer-based absorbent coating were proportional to the amount of absorbent material when the wave-absorbing material content was between 0-20%.Addition of 20%wave-absorbing material resulted in an increase of the heat absorption efficiency and deicing efficiency of the geopolymer-based absorbent coating,which were 4.2 and 2.2 times of the coating without absorbent material,respectively.In addition,the deicing efficiency of geopolymer-based absorbent coatings also was influenced by the increase of ice thickness.
