摘 要:为提高伊利石对水中Cd^(2+)和Pb^(2+)的吸附能力,将伊利石与活化辅料石膏、石灰石和白云石组成伊利石-硫酸盐-碳酸盐矿物体系,焙烧活化制备新型矿物吸附材料(MAM),对合成过程进行热重差热分析。考察了吸附时间、溶液初始pH值和吸附剂投加量对MAM单一和竞争吸附Cd^(2+)和Pb^(2+)的影响,并分析吸附过程动力学。结果表明,在25℃、pH值为4、吸附时间为1 h的条件下,MAM对Cd^(2+)和Pb^(2+)的吸附率达98.91%和99.87%,吸附过程符合拟二阶动力学,以多分子层化学吸附为主。竞争吸附对Cd^(2+)去除影响更大,对Pb^(2+)的影响较小。MAM吸附机理与离子交换、表面沉淀、吸附作用相关。In order to improve the adsorption capacity of illite for Cd^(2+) and Pb^(2+) in water,illite-sulfate-carbonate mineral system composed of activation auxiliary materials gypsum,limestone and dolomite was calcined and activated to prepare montmorillonite mineral adsorption material(MAM),and the synthesis process was analyzed by thermogravimetric differential thermal analysis.The effects of experimental parameters such as adsorption time,initial pH value of solution and adsorbent dose on the single and competitive adsorption of Cd^(2+) and Pb^(2+) by MAM were investigated,and the kinetics of adsorption process was analyzed.Under the conditions of 25℃,pH value of 4 and adsorption time of 60 min,the adsorption rates of Cd^(2+) and Pb^(2+) by MAM are 98.91%and 99.87%,respectively.The adsorption process conforms to the pseudo second-order kinetic model,and the adsorption is dominated by multi-molecular layer chemical adsorption.The adsorption mechanism is related to ion exchange,surface precipitation and adsorption.
