摘 要:采用石灰石经煅烧、消化、碳化反应制备纳米CaCO_(3)浆料,经表面处理制得水性密封胶专用纳米碳酸钙。结果表明,Ca(OH)_(2)质量分数为10%,碳化起始温度为28℃,晶形控制剂用量为0.6%时,制备的纳米碳酸钙BET比表面积为29.4 m^(2)/g,电镜法平均粒径为60 nm,为规整的立方体,二次团聚少,激光法粒径D50为0.679μm。采用亲油性表面处理剂处理后的粉体,用于水性密封胶的分散性较差;采用亲水性表面处理剂处理后的粉体吸油值较大;采用亲水性和亲油性复合表面处理剂,当6501椰子油酸二乙醇酰胺和蓖麻油质量比为6∶4,用量为4%时,处理后粉体细度为20μm,分散性良好,活化率为46.4%,邻苯二甲酸二辛脂(DOP)吸油值为28 g/100 g,强度为0.84 MPa,伸长率为380%,挤出性为276 g/min,下垂度为0,综合性能最佳。The nano-CaCO_(3) slurry was prepared by calcining,digesting and carbonizing limestone,and the nano-calcium carbonate for water-based sealant was obtained by surface treatment,filter pressing,drying and crushing.The results show that when the concentration of Ca(OH)_(2) is 10%,the initial temperature of carbonizing is 28℃,the crystal shape control agent is 0.6%,the BET-specific surface area of nano-calcium carbonate is 29.4 m^(2)/g,the average particle size of SEM is 60 nm which is regular cube,the secondary agglomeration particles are less,and the laser particle diameter D50 is 0.679μm.The powder prepared with lipophilic surface treatment agent has poor dispersibility in water-based sealant,and the powder prepared with hydrophilic surface treatment agent oil absorption value is large,the best is the combination of hydrophilic and lipophilic surface treatment agents.When the mass ratio of 6501 coconut diethanolamide and castor oil is 6∶4,the dosage of the composite surface treatment agent is 4%,the fineness of nano-calcium carbonate is 20μm,dispersity is good,activation rate is 46.4%,DOP oil absorption value is 28 g/100 g,strength is 0.84 MPa,elongation is 380%,extrudability is 276 g/min,the sag was 0,and the comprehensive performance is optimum.
