摘 要:为解决烟气脱硫过程中产生的脱硫石膏问题及建筑装饰材料市场对高性能建筑室内用腻子粉的需求,以脱硫石膏、白色硅酸盐水泥为主要原料,配以少量羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)和可分散性乳胶粉制备一种新型环保的干粉建筑室内腻子粉,探讨了脱硫石膏烘干温度变化及脱硫石膏替代白色硅酸盐水泥的用量对建筑室内用腻子粉的性能影响。结果表明,腻子粉的黏结强度随脱硫石膏用量增加呈先上升后下降的趋势,当脱硫石膏添加量为50%时,腻子粉的黏结强度最高,同时,120℃下烘干的脱硫石膏制备的建筑室内用腻子粉黏结强度最高,达到0.63 MPa。To solve the problem of desulfurized gypsum generated in the flue gas desulfurization process and the demand for high-performance building interior putty powder in the building decoration material market,we use desulfurized gypsum and white Portland cement as the main raw materials,adding a small amount of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose(HPMC)and dispersible latex powder to prepare a new type of environmentally friendly dry building interior putty powder,and discuss the effect of the desulfurized gypsum drying temperature changes and the addition amount of desulfurized gypsum in white portland cement on the performance of building interior putty powder.The results show that when the addition amount of desulfurized gypsum is 50%,the bonding strength of putty powder is the highest,at the same time,the indoor putty powder made of desulfurized gypsum dried at 120℃has the best bonding strength of 0.63 MPa.
