摘 要:白云石粉具有良好的晶核效应与填充效应,将其用于高性能混凝土矿物掺和料具有广阔的应用前景。本试验系统开展了白云石粉取代水泥用量对混凝土抗压强度、弹性模量及干燥收缩等力学性能的影响研究,并采用比力学性能指标法,分析了白云石粉掺量对比抗压强度、比弹性模量及比干燥收缩量等力学性能指标的影响。结果表明,白云石粉对不同龄期混凝土比抗压强度有不利影响,较大掺量(3%以上)比抗压强度贡献率基本小于0;白云石粉取代水泥用量在10%以内,其晶核作用能够弥补水泥对弹性模量的影响,对混凝土弹性模量起到积极作用;掺入白云石粉抑制了混凝土干燥收缩的发展,掺量5%时抑制作用最佳,可见去白云石化反应对混凝土收缩进行了补偿。Dolomite powder has good nucleation effect and filling effect,so it has broad application prospect in mineral admixture of high performance concrete.This paper has systematically carried out the experiment about the influence of the amount of dolomite powder replacing cement on the mechanical properties of concrete,such as compressive strength,modulus of elasticity and dry shrinkage.Using the specific mechanical property index method,this paper has analyzed the influence of the amount of dolomite powder on the mechanical properties,such as comparative compressive strength,specific elastic modulus and specific dry shrinkage.The results show that:dolomite powder has an adverse effect on the specific compressive strength of concrete at different ages,and the contribution rate of specific compressive strength is basically less than 0;When the amount of dolomite powder replacing cement is less than 10%,its nucleation can make up for the influence of cement on the elastic modulus and play a positive role in the elastic modulus of concrete;The addition of dolomite powder limits the development of concrete drying shrinkage,and the addition of 5%has the best inhibition effect.It can be seen that the de dolomitization reaction compensates the concrete shrinkage.
