摘 要:云南某钨矿加温浮选尾矿CaF_(2)品位为21.39%,属低品位萤石矿。石英等硅酸盐类脉石多,矿物组成复杂且呈不均匀分布,属难选难处理矿石类型。结合选别经验,制定了浮选工艺流程,经多次条件试验确定浮选流程的最佳参数。结果表明,采用“一粗七精三扫,中矿顺序返回”的闭路流程,得到萤石精矿CaF_(2)品位为96.02%,回收率为80.87%;WO_(3)品位为1.14%,回收率为65.13%。The CaF_(2) grade of a tungsten heating flotation tailings in Yunnan is 21.39%,which is a low-grade fluorite ore.There are many silicate gangues such as quartz,the mineral composition is complex and unevenly distributed,which belongs to the refractory ore type.Combined with the separation experience,the flotation technological process was formulated,and the optimal technical parameters of flotation operation were determined after the condition tests.The results show that with the closed-circuit process of"one-step roughing,seven cleanings and three scavengings,middling circulation return",the CaF_(2) grade of the final fluorite concentrate is 96.02%and the recovery rate is 80.87%;the WO_(3) grade is 1.14%and the recovery rate is 65.13%.
