摘  要:基于传热学机理,研究以钼尾矿为填料,辅以功能填料和助剂制备集反射和发射于一体的面层涂料及阻隔型底层涂料。通过单因素试验确定面层涂料和底层涂料的最佳配方,并对涂料性能进行检测分析。结果表明,面层涂料的反射率为86.23%,红外发射率为78.62%,底层涂料的导热系数为0.065 W/(m·K),其他性能均符合GB/T 25261-2018及相关标准要求。通过对模型3天实测数据分析可知,涂刷普通涂料和所制复合型保温涂料模型内部的最大平均温差为4.4℃,最小平均温差为-2.1℃,所制复合涂料隔热保温效果显著。复合型保温涂料的使用可实现建筑物的高效保温节能,同时实现钼尾矿的高附加值利用,一定程度上降低了钼尾矿堆积对矿区生态环境的危害。Based on the mechanism of heat transfer,the surface coating and barrier bottom coating integrating reflection and emission were prepared with molybdenum tailings as filler,supplemented by functional filler and additives.Through single factor test optimization,the best formula of surface coating and primer is determined,and the coating performance is tested and analyzed.The results show that the reflectivity of surface coating is 86.23%,the infrared emissivity is 78.62%,the thermal conductivity of primer is 0.065 W/(m∙K),and other properties meet the requirements of GB/T 25261-2018 and relevant standards.Through the measured data analysis of the model for three days,it can be seen that the maximum average temperature difference between the ordinary coating and the composite thermal insulation coating is 4.4℃and the minimum average temperature difference is-2.1℃.The thermal insulation effect of the composite coating is remarkable.The use of composite thermal insulation coating can realize the high-efficiency thermal insulation and energy saving of buildings,realize the high value-added utilization of molybdenum tailings,and reduce the harm of molybdenum tailings accumulation to the ecological environment of mining area to a certain extent.
