摘 要:以煤矸石、霞石尾矿为原料,辅以4%的发气助熔组分,采用预烧-焙烧二次烧成工艺,制备尾矿陶粒,结合图像二值化、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等手段,研究煤矸石对尾矿陶粒孔结构及性能的影响。结果表明,煤矸石掺量从0提高至40%,尾矿陶粒的筒压强度从4.4 MPa增加到19.8 MPa,平均孔径从3.7 mm下降到0.5 mm;掺量达到20%时,可制备出符合GB/T 17431.1-2010要求的优质高强陶粒;在煤矸石取代30%尾矿时,筒压强度与堆积密度比值达到最高;受到陶粒表面釉质层的影响,吸水率小于1%。Nepheline tailing and coal gangue were used as main raw materials for the preparation of tailing ceramsite with 4%foaming and melting agent under pre-sintering and sintering process.The ceramsite was analyzed by image binarization,XRD and SEM,and the effects of coal gangue on the pore structure and properties of tailing ceramsite were investigated.The results indicated that with the increase of coal gangue from 0 to 40%,the cylinder compressive strength of tailing ceramsite increased from 4.4 MPa to 19.8 MPa,the average pore size decreased from 3.7 mm to 0.5 mm.The ceramsites can meet the requirements of high-strength ceramsite in GB/T 17431.1-2010 when the coal gangue content reached 20%.The cylinder compressive strength and packing density reached the highest when the content reached to 30%,and the water absorption was basically unchanged and was lower than 1%,due to existing of enamel layer on surface of ceramsites.
