摘　　要：业党深度融合作为党组织必须遵循的一条基本原则已经被写入了相关党建文件。要做好这项工作,重点要解决三个问题:什么是业(务)党(建)融合?为什么要深度融合?如何进行融合?以高校业党深度融合的一个实例——内控制度如何更好地转化为治理效能——进行业党融合问题的探讨,帮助提高对高校业党深度融合问题的认识,并指导提出解决这个问题的途径和办法。明确对两者融合的结合点的理解与把握,直接关乎工作的质量和效果,并据此提出了政策建议。As a basic principle that Party organizations must follow,the deep integration of industry and Party has been written into relevant Party building documents.To do this work well,we should focus on solving three problems:what is the integration of industry(service)and Party(construction)?Why should we make deep integration?And how to integrate?Taking an example of the deep integration of industry and Party in colleges and universities:how to better transform the internal control system into governance efficiency.This paper discusses the integration of industry and Party,helps to improve the understanding of the deep integration of industry and Party in colleges and universities,and puts forward the ways to solve this problem.It is directly related to the quality and effect of the work to understand and grasp the combination point of the two integration,and put forward policy suggestions accordingly.
