摘  要:穗长是影响穗型的关键因子之一,与水稻的产量和品质密切相关,大量穗长性状相关的QTL及基因已被定位或克隆。本文主要概述水稻穗长及其影响因素,介绍穗长QTL定位及克隆,初步分析穗长调控的分子机理,为进一步解析穗长、穗型发育的分子调控网络以及促进水稻分子育种提供支持。Rice panicle length is one of the key factors affecting panicle type, which is closely related to rice yield and quality. A large number of quantitative trait loci(QTL) have been mapped;and related genes, such as DEP1, a semi-dominant QTL-IPA1 controlling ideal plant type, have been cloned, and their functions have been analyzed. This review briefly describes rice panicle length and its influential factors, introduces the localization and cloning of QTL of panicle length, makes a preliminary explanation of the molecular mechanisms underlying panicle length. This will provide support for further analysis of molecular regulation systems of rice panicle length and panicle type development, thereby promoting rice molecular breeding.
