家蚕新品种“武·陵×映·秀”的主要性状及饲养技术要点

摘　　要：“武·陵×映·秀”是湖南省蚕桑科学研究所与西南大学协作,经过多年定向培育的一对以强健性、多丝量和斑纹全限性为特点的家蚕新品种。实验室鉴定和农村区域鉴定结果表明,该品种具有强健好养、抗逆性强、茧丝质优等特点:较春用对照品种“菁松×皓月”的生命力强,茧丝成绩没有显著差异;高温环境下的饲养成绩显著优于夏秋用对照品种“9·芙×7·湘”,综合经济性状优。2021年6月该品种通过了重庆市蚕桑品种审定委员会审定,适宜在有“春种秋养”或“夏秋种春养”的养蚕布局区域推广。本文介绍“武·陵×映·秀”原种和一代杂交种的特性、饲育技术要点及注意事项,供新品种的繁育与农村推广饲养参考。“Wu·Ling × Ying·Xiu” is a new silkworm variety cooperatively cultivated by Hunan Sericulture Research Institute and Southwest University after years of directional cultivation. This new silkworm variety characterized by strong vitality and high silk yield and sex-limited marking. Laboratory appraisal and rural regional appraisal results showed that the hybrid had the advantages of strong vitality, easily breeding, strong stress resistance and excellent quality of cocoon silk. Compared with the control variety of “Jingsong×Haoyue” in spring, the hybrid had stronger vitality, and there is no significant difference in cocoon silk performance;The feeding performance in the high temperature environment was significantly better than that of the control variety “9·Fu×7·Xiang” in summer or autumn, and the comprehensive economic characteristics were excellent. In June 2021, this hybrid passed the approval of the Silkworm Variety Examination and Approval Committee of Chongqing City, and is suitable for promotion in the sericulture layout area with“silkworm varieties suitable for spring rearing are used for autumn rearing” or “silkworm varieties suitable for summer or autumn rearing are used for spring rearing”.This article introduces the trait characteristics, feeding technology points and precautions of “Wu·Ling×Ying·Xiu” original and hybrids of generation one, for the reference of breeding and promotion of this new variety.
