摘 要:随着国家大力推动重点领域节能降碳革新,制定碳达峰行动方案,新能源作为清洁能源成为新型电力系统发展的重要资源,新能源电站被大力推广并建设,从而推动电网快速发展。新能源电站自动化设备类型和接入方式多种多样,为确保采集的新能源数据信息、实时监视设备运行状态、传输系统控制指令等通信的准确性和及时性,提出了一种用于新能源电站的综合通信管理系统,该系统能够将站内所接入的设备及主站系统集中管理并入新能源电站,使得新能源主站端有效集控运营,提升远方控制水平,统筹区域电网安全、优质和经济运行。As the state vigorously promotes energy conservation and carbon reduction innovations in key areas and formulates action plans for peak carbon,new energy,as a clean energy,has become an important resource for the development of new power systems,and new energy power stations have been vigorously promoted and constructed,thereby promoting the rapid development of power grids.Types of new energy power station automation equipment and access methods are diverse.In order to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the collected new energy data information,real-time monitoring of equipment operation status,and transmission of system control commands,this paper proposes an integrated communication management system for new energy power stations,which can integrate the connected equipment and the main station system into the new energy power station,so that the new energy main station can effectively control the operation,improve the remote control level,and coordinate the safe,high-quality and economic operation of the regional power grid.
