摘  要:针对高压直流输电工程对换流阀可靠性的要求,研制了一种新型的安装在换流阀阀塔底部的漏水检测装置。装置利用漏水产生的浮力,使浮子上浮,带动检测装置的光模块内的轴发生转动,从而使轴内的光信号通道发生错位并阻断,产生相应的阀塔漏水报警信号。针对该原理分析了浮子的运动过程;并根据分析结果设计了浮子和集水容器,研究了容器中出水孔半径、高度对漏水流量检测的准确性和时效性的影响;针对漏水检测装置的可靠性、免维护性要求,设计研制了漏水检测装置样机,并通过试验验证,在国内特高压直流输电换流阀工程上得到了应用。A new type of water leakage detection device installed at the bottom of the valve tower is developed to meet the requirements of the reliability of the converter valve in the domestic HVDC transmission project.The device utilizes the buoyancy force generated by water leaks to make the float rise,and drive the shaft inside the optical module of the detection device to rotate,so that the optical signal channel in the shaft is dislocated and blocked,thus generating the corresponding water leakage alarm signal of the valve tower.According to this principle,the paper analyzes the movement process of the float,then accords to the analysis results to design the float and the water collecting container,and also make a study on the influence of the radius and height of the water outlet hole in the container on the accuracy and timeliness of water leakage flow detection.Finally,aiming at the reliability and maintenance-free requirements of water leakage detection device,the paper designs and develops a prototype of water leakage detection device.
