摘 要:在低压大功率场合,通过多路变换器并联运行以提高系统的效率和可靠性。针对传统双谐振LLC变换器中变压器二次侧绕组的串联结构降低系统的可靠性并限制其应用范围,提出一种变换器二次侧绕组并联结构的IPOP型双谐振LLC变换器。为了解决IPOP型双谐振LLC变换器中由于器件参数不一致引起的均流问题,将两相谐振电感耦合以实现变换器输出自动均流。建立变换器的FHA模型和仿真分析,研究谐振参数出现不对称情况下均流误差分布特性,并搭建2.16 kW样机进行对比实验,验证了理论分析的正确性。In low-voltage and high-power occasions,the system efficiency and reliability can be improved by the parallelled multiplexers.Aiming reducing the reliability of the system and limiting the application rang of the traditional double resonant LLC converter with the searies secondary winding of the transformer,an IPOP double resonant LLC converter with the parallel secondary windings of the converter is proposed.In order to solve the current sharing problem caused by inconsistent device parameters in the IPOP double resonant LLC converter,the two-phase resonant inductance is coupled to realize the automatic current sharing of the converter output.By establishing the FHA model and simulation analysis of the converter,the current sharing error distribution characteristics are studied when the resonance parameters are asymmetric,and the comparative experiments are verified the correctness of the theoretical analysis by building a 2.16 kW prototype.
