摘 要:为减小双路输出DC/DC变换器的体积,采用结构简单的反激电路拓扑,同时引入有源箝位技术和同步整流技术,使其电压应力和转换效率得到显著改善。基于低边箝位技术原理,实现一次侧功率器件的零电压开通和同步整流管的零电流关断;同时基于自驱动同步整流技术原理,提出了一种适合双路输出的电压型自驱动同步整流电路。电路仿真和样机验证实现了一款±5 V/6 A双路输出DC/DC变换器,具有转换效率高、输出电流大、体积小等优点,可满足高可靠供电应用环境。In order to reduce the volume of dual output DC/DC converter,the flyback topology with simple structure is adopted,and the active clamping technology and synchronous rectification technology are introduced to significantly improve the voltage stress and conversion efficiency.Based on the principle of low-side clamp technology,the zero-voltage turn on of primary power device and zero-current turn off of the synchronous rectifier device are realized.Meanwhile,based on the principle of self-driven synchronous rectification technology,a voltage type self-driven synchronous rectification circuit suitable for dual output is proposed.A±5 V/6 A dual output DC/DC converter is realized by the circuit simulation and prototype verification.It has the advantages of high conversion efficiency,large output current,small volume and so on,which can meet the application environment of high reliable power supply.
