摘 要:操作机构是真空断路器动力输出源,提供短路开断、关合所需要的能量。操作机构的反力特性匹配曲线,决定了断路器能否顺利合闸以及合闸过程中的机械特性参数能否满足设计要求。介绍了一种从静态力学的角度,求合闸过程中每一时刻主轴所受动力力矩和阻力力矩关系的计算方法,并定量地研究了储能弹簧终拉力对反力特性匹配曲线的影响,对断路器操作机构中储能弹簧、分闸弹簧和触头弹簧等参数变量的优化设计,具有重要工程意义。The operating mechanism is the power output source of the vacuum circuit breaker,which provides the necessary energy of short-circuit breaking and closing.The counterforce characteristic matching curve of the operating mechanism determines whether the circuit breaker can close smoothly and the mechanical characteristic parameters can meet the design requirements during the closing process.From the perspective of statics mechanics,one calculation method that solves the relationship between the dynamic torque and resistance torque of the main shaft during closing process at any time is introduced,and the influence of the energy storage spring final force on the counterforce characteristic matching curve is studied,which has a great engineering significance for the optimal design of parameter variables such as energy storage spring,break-brake spring and contact spring in the operating mechanism of circuit breaker.
