摘　　要：针对L80-1石油套管在生产过程中产生的几种具有裂纹特征的缺陷,介绍了L80-1套管的材料和生产工艺,分析了三种缺陷的宏观及微观形貌特征,并结合现场热轧、热处理、探伤等情况,推断缺陷可能产生的原因,采取相应的改进措施,使缺陷得到了有效控制。Addressing several types of defects with crack characteristics as occurring during the production process of the L80-1 oil casing,the material and manufacturing process of the said casing are described,and the macro and micro morphologies of three defects are analyzed.Furthermore based on the on-the-site statuses of hot-rolling,heat treatment and non-destructive detection operations,the possible reasons for the said defects are deduced,and accordingly corrective measures are taken to get the defect occurrence properly controlled.
